These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jikbaj platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the jikbaj platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different contact details, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jikbaj uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts may be suspended, any bonus balances forfeited, and net winnings subject to review.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jikbaj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jikbaj strongly recommends that you use a unique password for your jikbaj account that is not used for any other online service. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on jikbaj are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jikbaj supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile wallet are typically credited to the jikbaj account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to be credited. jikbaj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts are targeted for processing within one to four hours of approval during jikbaj's standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted for processing within one business day of approval. jikbaj reserves the right to extend these timelines during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account details used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where an alternative method is approved in writing by jikbaj support. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal requests.
Funds Security: Player funds held in jikbaj accounts are maintained separately from jikbaj's operational funds. jikbaj does not use player funds for operating expenses. In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction, players should contact [email protected] with the relevant transaction reference and details. jikbaj will investigate all fund-related disputes in good faith and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jikbaj reserves the right to void any bet where odds were displayed in error or where the integrity of an event is in question. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time without notice.
Live Casino: Live dealer games on jikbaj are operated by certified studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the studio provider's published rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round outcome will be determined by the game server's records, which are considered final.

Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once you have received a confirmation from the jikbaj platform and a bet reference number has been issued. No bet is binding on jikbaj until that confirmation is issued. Bets that are pending confirmation and not yet confirmed are not binding.
6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the jikbaj bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, making deposits and withdrawals without genuine play, placing low-risk or risk-free bets to satisfy wagering requirements (so-called "bonus whoring"), or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirement completion.
- jikbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Players in certain jurisdictions may be ineligible for specific promotions due to regulatory requirements.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, jikbaj's decision shall be final and binding.
7. Prohibited Conduct
jikbaj maintains the integrity of its platform for the benefit of all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform. jikbaj reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one jikbaj account, or assisting another individual in doing so to circumvent account-level restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
- Money Laundering: Using jikbaj in connection with any money laundering scheme, including making deposits from funds derived from illegal activity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any betting event or casino game, including match-fixing, chip dumping in poker, or any form of coordinated cheating.
- Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technological tool that is not explicitly authorised by jikbaj to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
- Exploiting Technical Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, error in odds, or technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage over the platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reversed.
- Harassment: Using jikbaj's communication channels to harass, abuse, or threaten jikbaj staff, support agents, or other players.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jikbaj's systems, databases, or any other player's account through any means including hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
Where jikbaj identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s); void all pending and settled bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold or recover any winnings or bonuses obtained through prohibited conduct; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your jikbaj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jikbaj will process any pending verified withdrawal of your real-money balance and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period of 7, 30, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion, from within their account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, jikbaj will use reasonable technical measures to prevent account access. Players who are self-excluded should not attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering a new account; doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
jikbaj-Initiated Suspension: jikbaj reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7; (b) the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; (c) the player has breached any term of this Agreement; (d) jikbaj is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority; or (e) the player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jikbaj will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy procedures. Real-money balances in dormant accounts will be held securely and remain available for withdrawal following identity verification. jikbaj does not charge inactivity fees.
Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or jikbaj-initiated — any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Any disputes arising from account closure should be directed to [email protected].
Additional Provisions
Intellectual Property: All content on the jikbaj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jikbaj or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jikbaj content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jikbaj's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises. jikbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the jikbaj platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Force Majeure: jikbaj shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement that results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet service interruptions, or civil unrest.
Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. English is the governing language of this Agreement. Any communications between jikbaj and a player that relate to the interpretation or enforcement of these terms shall be conducted in English.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with jikbaj's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jikbaj with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
